Suitable Surfaces
This Roofzone roofing adhesive can be applied using a spreader brush or short-pile roller. It bonds EPDM rubber membranes to a wide range of surfaces, including:

Note: Not suitable for use with expanded polystyrene.
Application Instructions
Upstands and Perimeter Details

Use a 4" mini roller to apply adhesive to both the upstand and rubber membrane.

Apply a 150mm strip of adhesive around the roof perimeter to prevent membrane lifting from structural movement.

Allow adhesive to become touch-dry before bonding the membrane.
Non-Permeable Roofing Decks

Apply adhesive evenly to both the deck and the underside of the membrane using a roller.

Wait approximately 5–20 minutes or until the adhesive is touch-dry before bonding.

Important: Once bonded, the membrane cannot be repositioned.
Commercial Use
For roofing projects over 100m², it is recommended to fully bond the entire roof area using Roofzone Bonding Adhesive.
